I'm Chris Campos and I work with men who want to thrive, not just live. Men of various ages who intuitively know what they should be doing (knowing is the easy part), but recognize that changing habits is the really hard part. That's where I come in as a Health Coach.

Note: I often get asked if I also work with women. Yes, I do. The reason I chose to hyper-focus on men is because there are very few go-to resources for men's self-care. I aim to challenge the status quo and provide a valuable service.

I graduated from THE INSTITUTE FOR INTEGRATIVE NUTRITION

Where I learned innovative coaching methods, lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Paleo, Raw, Vegan, Macrobiotics, Ayurveda, Gluten-free, and everything in between.

But beyond just looking at what you literally put in your mouth, my education equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. So when we talk about heath and well-being, we're actually talking about two sources of food that nourish you:

Primary Food:

PRIMARY FOOD

We take a look at four "foods" that should also nourish you. Most of us tend to ignore one or many of these, and they always tend catch up with us later in life. So during our time together we take a look at these and focus on those that need more attention. In the end, nourishing your Primary Food will always make you feel better.

Secondary Food:

Of course, we will also look at everything you're actually "eating" and identify ways to "crowd-out" foods that don't help you with foods that do. It's really quite simple. We just need to get back to eating "REAL FOOD". Food that your grandparents and their grandparents would recognize as food. We all eat a lot of packaged and processed food. If we reduce this and start eating "whole" again, it will make a world of difference.

So in summary, my Health-Coaching practice is about working with guys to help them make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. By the end of our time together, you will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness. Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated.
